By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If 13bd finds at any time that a user is a minor, the following actions will be taken:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• The associated balance may be forfeited.
• Authorities may be notified if necessary.

13bd's welcome bonus and other promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳8,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳13,000.
• Wagering example: For a ৳1,500 bonus you must wager ৳15,000 (calculated on the bonus amount, not on deposit + bonus).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each player is eligible to receive each promotional offer once only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used on this platform.
• The required wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 13bd reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

13bd's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Regular and active participation gives you the opportunity to advance to a higher tier.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through a third party are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the payment method registered on the account.

• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 13bd platform. Involvement in any of them may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Using fraudulent tactics to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using software bots, automation tools, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, deceiving, or harassing other players.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to 13bd's systems or software.
• Attempting to access another person's account or steal their information.

8.1 Suspension by 13bd

13bd may temporarily or permanently suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Extended period of inactivity (in accordance with the applicable policy).

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
